ST3 OSx - Scroll bars too dark, how do change them?

Hi,

I’m using the Brackets Light color scheme, but the scroll bars handle is too dark.
Please could you show me how to fix this?

I found the “scroll_bar_overlay”: “enabled” setting, but the status bar is still dark and I do like to see.
