How can I close the current project and create a new one?

close:
Command palette -> close project, or Menu -> Project -> Close Project
new project^:
Command palette -> save project as, or Menu -> Project -> Save Project as
You can then edit the project from the menu, or add folders with the dialog from the menu, or from the palette. (add folders is missing from the palette, yay for inconsistency)
