Since the latest update of Sublime Text 3 the minimap border isn’t shown anymore.
I checked the settings and I have “draw_minimap_border” set to true.
It says that the color of the border is determined by the “minimapBorder” key in the theme but adding this hasn’t changed anything.

this is a known regression, hopefully sublimehq will fix it in the next build
