ST3 is not downloading,deleting any package

Hi. I use ST3 Build 3126.
I realized that it’s not downloading and deleting any package. So I can’t install any package for this caause. Everything was ok untill this day.

How can i fix it ?

Edit: I use package control.

I fix it.
I browsed the user setting. And ignored packages include “0_package_control_loader”,. I deleted and restarted. Right now everything is ok.
