ST3 Freezes on Mac Yosemite

It freezes on each save, I tries uninstalling all plugins and disabled them. The issue persists.

I suddenly discovered the issue is with project with multiple files and folders.

St3 loads the folders slow and on each save it tries to refresh the same folders/files tree and freezes.

Please let me know how to overcome this.

1. stop folder auto refresh by some user setting?
2. fix the auto refreshing feature to load faster.

Are you editing a file over a network drive, or something like sshfs? Those tend to block on various filesystem operations.
