ST3 'Expand Selection to Tag' problem

ST3 Windows “Expand Selection to Tag” fails to work in HTML

tag.
For example using the text bellow and placing your cursor anywhere between the opening

tag and the closing

and repeatedly pressing Ctrl+Shift+a will not select the

tags.
