[ST3] Editing the default theme (sidebar)

In ST2 I edited the default theme (Packages/Theme - Default/Default.sublime-theme) so that the sidebar would match my colorscheme (Solarized Dark).

I can’t see a way to do this in ST3. Is there an easy way (meaning anything but writing my own theme) to edit the sidebar in ST3?

Get Package Resource Viewer, view the default theme, and then save it (with whatever changes) in your user directory.
