I upgraded my ST3 to the latest version which is 3114 and recently it sometime crash at startup like this:
When I minimize it then everything seem ok as it was before.
You know, I couldn’t sleep last night just because of this bug. So please help me. 
P/s I’m running Ubuntu 16.04 with Gnome Shell 3.20.
By crash at startup, do you just mean it doesn’t show the contents of the tabs until you minimize and restore the ST3 window?
Try using the default theme and see if that makes any difference.
Yeah the default theme fix that, but I don’t wanna use the default theme. So I guess I have to wait for another update from Material Theme now…
I was experiencing exactly this with same system config (Ubuntu 16.04, GNOME 3.18, Sublime Text 3114, Material Theme) before I updated to 3126. After update, the issue is gone. This may be relevant: https://github.com/SublimeTextIssues/Core/issues/1366.
