[ST3] Color Scheme files duplication & prepended with (SL)

I’m having a weird problem with Color Schemes, whenever I install a new one or use different one the file gets duplicated & prepended with “(SL)” & the duplicated file is the one gets used even if I chose the original file. Any idea why & how can I fix this?

SL = sublime linter
SL needs some extra colorings to make thing pretty => will alter all selected themes and inject its stuff.
