ST3 - can't see goto definition

Is this not supported in PHP? The file items are just not there… I have goto line goto symbol but no goto definition

hmm seems when I copied over application support files they somehow disabled goto definition… whats the best way to move over settings from st2?

for anyone else seems that under packages/default/Main.sublime-menu is what was causing the new features to be taken out of the menu

now that I got that working… its grayed out in my php projects… any idea why?
