ST3 Autocomplete + project scanned symbols (No CodeIntel)

Hello all!
Is there any possibility (flag) for ST3 to use project scanned symbols in default autocomplete behavior?
Note, that I’m not interested in full autocomplete like in xxxCodeIntel.
