ST3 3124, MacOS 10.11.6, All C++ Build Systems not working anymore

After updating to Build 3124, C++ ST3 Build System stopped working, I press cmd+B and nothing happens, the console also doesn’t show anything either.

This happens with all Build Systems, just nothing happens.

Please help!!
