ST2 won't open due to empty User Settings file

In my ST2 (running on Win 8.1 Pro), I can’t click anything past this error message:

Error trying to parse settings: No data in C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Test 2\Packages\User\CoffeeScript.sublime-settings:1:1

I don’t have anything in the ST2 User Settings file for CoffeeScript.
I am new to CoffeeScript, and was trying to use it with ST2. But now I’d just like to be able to use ST2 again, period.

Any help would be appreciated.

Uhm, just delete the file? Alternatively, insert {}.
