I've been using Sublime Text 2 for several weeks and a couple of times I've encountered a situation where my webdav connection to our development platform will timeout or close, and Sublime Text will truncate any open files down to 0 bytes.
I think this is two things happening:
]WebDav experiences issue and open files get truncated/]
]Because Sublime Text has the files open, and is detecting changes, once the WebDav is back it reloads the truncated files, effectively destroying the only version that still has the file content/]
The other editor I use, Notepad++, doesn't seem to have this happen to it -- at the very least it keeps the version that is open in the editor, meaning you can resave this down and replace the 0 byte file with the version in the editor that still has content.
I may not have correctly worked out what's going on above, but I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced this while working with files over WebDav?
All the best,
