Hi all,
I’ve been syncing ST2 with Dropbox since February 2013 and things have been working smoothly until I tried to add another Macbook Pro to my list of synced machines.
I created the symlinks to Dropbox as with the other Macs and then opened up ST2. I then tried to open one of the projects I’d been working on previously on another Mac. My list of recent projects was missing (it syncs across the other Macs) and when I opened a project the root project directory displays as empty in the sidebar.
For example I open a project with the following path set in the Sublime JSON project file:** ~/Dropbox/websites/test**. This opens up /test in the sidebar but there are no files or folders displayed under test. It is as if the folder is empty.
If I then take the test folder and drop it on to the ST2 icon in the dock it all loads properly, root folder, subfolders, files and all. The path in the project file is correct and works fine on my other machines.
I’m guessing the most logical issue could be that I’ve messed up the creation of the symlinks on this Mac somehow. Does anyone have a better idea of what the problem might be?
Thanks for any help in advance.
Regards
Dan
