I a using the most recent build of ST2
Though I assume this is related to autocomplete, as it appears to be happening whenever the autocomplete window appears, it is possible that it could be related to something else.
Let’s say I had just started to create a new ruby method
def newmethod
!
end
By default, my cursor would be placed where I left the !.
As soon as I start to type a value and the autocomplete window pops up, my cursor is moved to the far left:
def newmethod
!
end
I can’t indent it until after I have entered some text (and the autocomplete window is gone).
Perhaps related, when I type a word, enter a space, and begin typing the next word, if the next word begins with the letters e,r,t,v,x (or capitals thereof), the cursor jumps back to the end of the previous word and does not allow me to enter the space. I have to complete the word, then go back and put a space between the two. (a tad frustrating this is).
I am prepared to begin removing packages, but hoped someone may have an idea before I started to do that.
