ST2 appears black sidebar, and can't see anything

I already tried reinstalling it and as my last resort I’ve started to use ST3 beta.

Is this a known issue and is there a fix?

Have the same issue…I also installed ST3 Beta, fortunatelly license key was working fine. However I had to reinstall all the packages which sucks big time.

I have fixed this problem in Sublime text 2, by resetting my user preferences to {} / basically remove everything in there, and add it back one line at a time ( if you can - one setting at a time ) Until you see what the problem is, i was using the flatland theme - and this seemed to cause me this problem once or twice… first time… i about cried… knowing how much work went into setting up my sublime text.
