ST hangs out on package removing

I don’t know is it a bug or not, but ST hangs out when I try do remove some package via Package Control.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install some package via Package Control. For example, Material theme or EasyDiff.
2. Remove this package via Package Control. There is some probability of ST hangout, and you will be forced to kill its process manually (via Task Manager on Windows in my case).

I use 3.2.1.3207 on Windows currently. Do I need to downgrade to some specific version to avoid it? Or may there are another things I should to to avoid such hangs?
