Since 3200, ST forgets which folders were expanded in the sidebar. After every project switch, or new window, all folders are collapsed, except the outermost.
All the small things I loved about ST are going wrong since 3200. Slow folders, slow indexing, forgetting folder structure, slow git integration.
I’ve downloaded 3176, and everything works perfect. Project switching is fast, and it remembers everything. What’s wrong with 3200?
I haven’t seen any reports of folders not expanding in 3200. Could you create an issue at https://github.com/SublimeTextIssues/Core/issues with as many specifics as you can? Be sure to include whether or not you are using a project, or this is just the folders remembers when exiting the program.
In fact I’d recommend filing an issue for each the problems you described so we can diagnose. The indexing hasn’t significantly changed, although there are new syntax definitions, which will require a full reindex once. In terms of slow git integration, having details about your git repo and the types of symptoms you are seeing would be helpful.
