Hi. I am using Windows 10 and installed several font family. When assigned with font-style:“bold”, some works just fine(showing bold version of text) but the others(including Segoe UI, which is one of default fonts) remain same.
I checked that I do have bold version - ttf file in C:\Windows\Fonts\Segoe UI, I also checked by assigning “font_face”: “Segoe UI Bold” - which will successfully render bold version(But of course, in this case I can’t use regular and italic style of the font).
Why this happens? Maybe the filename is segoeuib.ttf, not segoeuibold.ttf? I wanted to test it by changing filename, but Windows forbid renaming/deleting those system font files - also I can’t reinstall copied font file. Is there any workaround? Thanks!
