Since I’ve upgraded to ST4 I now see the git commit message appear on each line to the right of the code when my cursor is on that line. This is a distraction! How do I hide it?

it would be good if you provide a screenshot of your problem as it’s not built-in feature. and probably also your plugin list.

Thanks! I ended up removing the GitGutter package altogether, and that took care of it. It turns out I don’t really need that package now anyway, since most of that functionality seems to be built into ST.

ST 4 - How do I hide the git commit message when cursor is on that line?
