In ST3 you could use ctrl + ` to access the “command panel” and “logging panel”. Sorry don’t know the right names, but it certainly doesn’t work in ST(4), how do you debug stuff and get a list of commands executed in ST(4) ?

I don’t think any shortcuts changed for ST4, especially not common ones like opening the console. I suggest trying safe mode.
As I need to hit ctrl+ö to open console (even though i didn’t change default bindings) … gtk key translation may be involved if you are on Linux, no?
IIRC, there have been several reports about changed behavior of bindings, related with it.
I am on Linux, indeed. Haven’t changed any bindings (in regard to ctrl + `), and am pretty sure it’s the default binding for ST3.
Since my last messages, had to go back down to ST3 as came across some subsequent doozies (i.e. deal breaking glitches, undeletable panes that persisted across projects and infected other projects and a few ST3 bugs that haven’t been resolved).
It’s just much easier to work with what I know, than have to go through another “debugging” process. I like ST3, so it’s no drama and ST4 looked good for a bit…
I’m sure the flame throwers will appear, sadly, but I have to make practical decisions about time. I do appreciate the help however.
PS I’m still on here annoying folks with ST3 glitches and I really prefer ST3, to say VSCode for example, so still a fan!
