ST 3059 freezes on caret style change

Hello,

ST 3059 32-bit
Ubuntu 13.04 32-bit

Settings -> User.

Sublime Text freezes when I change the caret style to “wide”. Other options: “smooth”, “phase”, “solid” work fine.
After restarting the application it works fine but the caret style is solid.
I save the user settings file and now the caret is wide. Changing to “solid” freezes the application again.

Also noted an effect:

When switching from “solid” to “wide” back and forth, the caret gets wider and wider.
Switching back to “solid” doesn’t make it narrower.
