SSH error upon pulling

Upon pulling I get a fatal: HttpRequestException:
An error occurred while sending the request
error: cannot spawn C:\Program Files\Sublime Merge\ssh-askpass-sublime.exe: No error fatal: could not read Password for ‘https://username@domain.com’: terminal prompts disabled

The mentioned executable is indeed missing from the folder. Any ideas?
Also, every time I try to do this, it asks me for my password for the repo. Is there a way that authenticate only once per account?

Finally, is there a way I can get console output as is the case with Sublime Text?

This is an error in our installer script, ssh-askpass-sublime.exe is indeed not being installed.

This will be fixed in the next build, or alternatively you can download the portable version, which does have it.
