Spellcheck ignore uppercase words, numbers

Is there a method in place to spellcheck only lowercase words, ignoring names, numbers and Internet addresses in text documents?

There is no current option to do this, but I think you might be able to write a dictionary that ignores upper-cased words. Numbers are never spell checked in Sublime Text.
