Spell-checking pluralized words

I’ve tried to get spell-checking to automatically handle words that are pluralized but I haven’t had much luck. Despite downloading a couple of different dictionaries, nothing has changed.

For example, in my dictionary (downloaded from http://app.aspell.net/create?defaults=en_US, using the .dic file) are words like mile/MS and concession/ZR but no mention of “miles” (lowercase) or “concessions” (though Miles/M is in the file). These show up as misspelled words in Sublime.

How can I get around manually adding every pluralized word I come across?

Bumping this since it’s been about a week. I was hoping to find a solution to this problem pretty soon, as I need to spell-check a lot of text contained within an HTML file.

Worst case, I suppose I’ll copy the text to Writer or something similar.
