Yesterday I downloaded the new sublime 3 build 3103. But when I opened my files all the color scheme was a mess. I contacted already with the creator of Spacegrey Color Theme in github.

There is nothing wrong. They’re improving the previously seriously lacking syntax packages, which is caused the colors to change in most color schemes. Color scheme authors should update their themes.
This is on a beta channel of a major version upgrade of Sublime. You can’t expect them to move forward without breaking changes in this channel.
