Sorting entries in the command palette alphabetically first

I’ve noticed something odd when adding custom commands to my ./Data/Packages/User/Default.sublime-commands file: The entries in the command palette are sorted by word count before being sorted alphabetically!

Is there a way to override this behavior?

Not that I’m aware of, no. Presumably you would include a bit more filter to narrow the field further or such in order to get closer to the list of terms you’re looking for.
