Sorry, I am dense, can't find the auto indent / code complete for perl

is it possible to have S3 autocomplete so that braces are of the style -bli, on new line, both indented, but following code is not. All my searches turn up perltidy. I have that installed but would like to have the braces indented rahter than inline with the “if”

Use -bli if you prefer this indented-brace style:

    if ( $flag eq "h" )
      {
      $headers = 0;
      }
