Some vbscript with DropFileName = "svchost.exe" is getting appended to code automatically

I am working on html website. Some vbscript automatically gets appended to my code like in picture attached.

Even I tried re-installation, still it’s not working.

A brief google for the text DropFileName="svchost.exe pops up this stack overflow question which makes it sound like you have a virus. I would recommend disinfecting your computer.
