Some numeric labels don't show up in my Sublime Text

I reinstalled Sublime Text 3 multiple times but it does not show up some numbers. For example line number, column number, build number, etc. (see image below). I don’t understand what’s going on because even Sublime Text 2 behaves similarly.

missing a font maybe, or the font is missing glyphs for numbers? any errors in the ST console? (View menu -> Show Console)? or in the terminal when you run subl from the command line?

No errors show up in the ST console and same when I try to run using subl.
