Some menu disabled

MacOS Sierra 10.12.6
Sublime 3.1.1

I noticed that some of menu items were disabled, such as
Edit -> Line -> Swap Line Up
Edit -> Line -> Swap Line Down
Edit -> Line -> Duplicate Line

what could be wrong?

are they still disabled in a clean state? if so, others have reported that the preferences menu item is disabled for them sometimes on a Mac, maybe its related - most likely a MacOS bug.

you could perhaps work around the problem by assessing the items from the command palette instead, and perhaps the shortcut keys still work? https://packagecontrol.io/packages/Missing%20Palette%20Commands

Thanks for the response. A reboot actually solved this, not sure why.
