(Solved)ST Cannot remove a deleted plugin

First, this is not causing a problem.

Upon startup, the ST console tells me it cannot remove an older plugin

Package Control: Unable to remove old directory JavaScript Completions - deferring until next start

It shows this on each start up.

My question is, will I cause a problem if I go into the packages directory and physically remove this plugin?

The error message tells the Package to be removed being locked by ST or another process.

You can safely remove the package manually.
