I’m having some issues on auto-indenting, before update to 3114 (from 3065) my auto-indent was working like a charm.
On the left you can see the file indented by sublime 3 3065 and on the right the one from 3114
Any idea on what is happening? any opption that I could change to solve this? because i use auto-indent ALL the time…

There have been some fixes at https://github.com/sublimehq/Packages for the PHP syntax. You can follow the instructions to install the development version of the PHP package, or install build 3115 when it is released.

Despite some changes on indentation, compared with 3065 that i can live with is WAY MUCH better that 3114.
Not I can use it again
