[Solved] Multiple text insert a certain amount of time

For example, I have text consisting of three lines:

Sasha Magic
Sasha Superstar

I want to insert the text into my document 4 times:

    Sasha Magic
    Sasha Superstar
    
    Sasha Magic
    Sasha Superstar
    
    Sasha Magic
    Sasha Superstar
    
    Sasha Magic
    Sasha Superstar

What should I do to quickly insert my text a certain amount of time? Thanks.
