checked with Firefox from the same computer, all guards down: Same.
checked on macOS with Safari, all guards down: Same.

On the Buy page I do see the check-out Buttons for “Pay with Card” and “Paypal” - in all 3 Browsers

Make sure you’re correctly entering your license key, with the ----- BEGIN LICENSE ----- and ------ END LICENSE ------ included. If you’re still having trouble you can private message me the exact license key you’re entering and I can help diagnose your issue further - you can also contact our sales support if you’re more comfortable with that.

Ah, tricky one…
pasted the Licence from the original mail - et voila

Sorry, should’ve tried that before.

I am encountering the same issue. I have double and triple checked using the license information directly from my license email and include the ----- BEGIN LICENSE ----- and ----- END LICENSE -----. I’m running on Windows and have tried Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. Yes all blockers, plugins, etc. have been disabled (or not present at all).

I found that I was unable to paste the license information in Firefox and Ubuntu 20.04.
I had to switch to Opera to paste it into the input box.

There’s currently a website issue that will be fixed soon where it won’t recognise a licensed with extraneous whitespace. Make sure there isn’t a space after “Single User License” to work around this issue.

Removing white space was the fix. Thank you!

I have included the BEGIN and END lines and there is no space after “Single User License”, still not working (“Unrecognized license key”). I’m on a Mac using Firefox 88.0.1 (64-bit).
