[Solved] Automatically show text after installing/updating plugin?

I’ve seen other plugins do it, but haven’t been able to find out how (Yes, I’ve looked around and searched), to automatically show a page with info after installing or updating a plugin.

Anyone got a link with info or instructions on that?

I thought it was a Sublime thing, had no idea it was purely a package manager thing.
