So I have a html file set as a snippet (stock) for our email marketing campaigns in the marketing department I work in.
We have click tracking set up to be used with Campaign Enterprise (CE) as our send. So I have the click tracking links set up on the links in the snippet since they are variable data tracking and dont populate specific data until our email team sets it up in CE.
I open a new html document, blank type the word “stock” and hit tab and boom the html and css code populates and then I edit from there.
when I do that though, all the ‘&’ in the links turn in to & and then our email team has trouble sending because all the click tracking links have changed from using & to &
I edited word-seperators in the user settings but that doesnt fix it. Is there another way I can block & from being turned in to & when I use the snippet?
Thank you, and I provide screen shots if needed
