Small bug in 'subl' when you send a file to the 'Trash'

#1

My file, for example ‘build.gradle’ I want to open with ‘subl’ by default. This goes well until I decide to delete the file ‘build.gradle’. The file is then included in the ‘Trash’, also that is good. But to my surprise when I want to open the file in the ‘Trash’ it is not ‘subl’ but ‘text editor’. While the ‘Properties’ indicate under ‘Open With’ that the ‘Default Application’ is still ‘Sublime Text’.

I only have this with ‘subl’, because I did some very quick testing with, for example, ‘Document Viewer’ as the ‘Default Application’ for the ‘Open With’, and then it works fine.

I am using Linux - Ubuntu 20.04

What version are you using of ST ? I think they’re phasing out subl in ST(4)…(don’t quote me on that)

@kingkeith, Thanks for putting me right, I checked out an earlier post, where I though I’d read that subl was being phased out. I was indeed Totally wrong.
Face palm.
