Slow text typing

Hi

I am a paid user, and running latest 4200. Is this product dead as no updates since May 25.

Using Sublime text, on Mac Mini m4 and macbook air M2. Latest 26.3 MacOS

When typing in a window with text the cursor / or typing is so slowwwwwww at times.

I did some research and enabled OpenGL, but it hasn’t made any difference. Is this a bug?

Sounds like the same issue as https://github.com/sublimehq/sublime_text/issues/6852, likely a opengl driver issue in macOS 26.3. OpenGL is enabled by default, disabling it reportedly solves this issue, although doing so isn’t great for performance either.

No this product is not dead, we’re in a private beta process leading up to announced python upgrade.
