Simple Syntax
I created a small package that includes language definitions for the four most common comment styles (#,!,//,;) and it also adds symbols/sections if you add two angle brackets (>>) At the beginning of the comment.
I also created a short demo video and uploaded it to youtube
It is available in PackageControl
