Just trying to rapidly get into ST3. I see it comes from Double Bay, Sydney, only a few km from me ! And … my daughter used to live there - Holt St. It’s a bit of famous suburb in Sydney, rhymes with “double pay”, very up-market, everyone drives an expensive car, often a convertible, and you get women with small fluffy white dogs in Prada handbags, all that thing.
Ok enough. Apologies for simple question that probably a few hours more work I could solve myself, but a kind soul may have a direct pointer. I want to make a custom colour scheme for JavaScript code, but way simpler than the included ones like Monokai. Just a few colours for background, code, text strings, comments. What’s the quickest and simplest way to do that ? I am floundering in Schemes, Themes, Packages. I have done a fair bit of searching but I get “Here’s an easy way to customise colours …” followed by hundreds (ok, dozens) of steps you have to take, before you even get to choose colours.
