SideBarSeparator plugin does not work after updating to 4142

After I updated to 4142, this plugin no longer works. Does anyone know an alternative, or how to make it works again?

It seems the problem still persists in 4143. This adds a separator in the sidebar as needed to separate e.g. group of files. I found this plugin particularly useful when lots of files are opening.
