Most of code editors has simple search field to locate direct file fast in project sidebar without scrolling (it just filters displaying files by pattern or string)
Please improve it in next Sublime version

Yes i know you can press CTRL+SHIFT+P…+F1+F2+F3+NUMPAD_ENTER+ESCAPE+(25 other keys same time) to show the bar where you’ll enter the string that will search in all opened projects.
