Show "Preferences (Platform).sublime-settings" if existed when clicking "Preferences > Settings"

Hello,

First of all, it wasn’t so easy to understand you’ve got to move “Preferences.sublime-settings” outside “User” and called it “Preferences (OSX).sublime-settings”, it’s not so obvious. You could think you let “Preferences.sublime-settings”
in “User” and create outside “Preferences (Windows).sublime-settings”, but this doesn’t work.

Second, it could be great when you click on “Preferences > Settings” to display “Preferences (Platform).sublime-settings” and not “Preferences.sublime-settings” in "User "which is now empty.

Third, why you can’t merge “Preferences.sublime-settings” with “Preferences (Platform).sublime-settings”
in “User”? It made me copy the whole settings, not so DRY.

Thank you. :slightly_smiling:
