[SFTP] Ability to just LIST remote host in sidebar not SYNC

Hi,

Currently, my dev tool is UltraEdit32 with built-in S/FTP manager what allows me just LIST remote host in the sidebar (tree structure),
so is there plans to add that feature in your manager?

Obviously, sometimes i don’t need to download(sync) tons of files to view tree structure of remote host. I know that i can list remote host via quickpane, but it’s not the same as useful tree in sidebar.

Actually, this feature is one step to my switch to ST2+SFTP Package

Currently the Sublime Text API does not support adding custom items to the sidebar. So this is not as much a limitation of SFTP as it is the API. Sorry.

@C0D312 is correct, there is currently no way to do this. If and when such support is added, I am planning on adding it to the plugin.

Also, I try to keep up with the forum here, but if you have a request or a question, please just shoot an email over to support@wbond.net. This allows me to keep track of requests and ensure that you get a timely answer.

This would be awesome! So adding custom items to the sidebar is the biggest obstacle?
