I purchased and registered Sublime Text 3. I would like to post a comment to an official source about the documentation or get professional, or paid, support but there does not appear to be any way.
If anyone can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

SublimeHQ is just two guys coding a text editor. There is no one ready to answer the phone. But we can probably help you out on this very forum, just state your question and maybe someone can put their valuable time aside to help you out.

I don’t expect anyone to “put aside their valuable time” to help me out and I have know way of knowing its “just two guys coding a text editor” or who they are.
I did ask a question in this forum - no replies, and I did a lot of googling before that.

I’m trying to find out what I’m doing wrong when trying to install plug-ins.
I installed “View In Browser” It shows up in the menu but no browser open.
I’ve been trying to install 2 lint packages that were referenced on Google but can’t find them on the Package Control

Okay, well the missing documentation is on the package side and not Sublime Text. Try looking on GitHub or PackageControl.io
