/* setup.sh in Sidebar?

Hi,

What does it mean that the .sh files in my sidebar have a /* in front of the .sh files?

It is the icon chosen for files identified as “code”. The reason that was chosen was due to some needs for scaling and difficulty in finding good representative icons (if I correctly remember what wbond said about it). If it is troublesome, there is a good package named A File Icon that replaces many of the sidebar file icons with alternatives that you may like better.
