Settings don't seem to save after exiting Sublime

I just noticed, that when I exit and reopen Sublime, everything goes back to the default. Mainly the indentation (to 2), and color scheme (to Monokai).

How can I stop this from happening?

nwm, found the relevant commands in the Settings files.
