Selecting find words

When a word is selected, it is colored but the same words in document are only surrounded. How can I make so that all words will be colored or that others words will be surrounded with more bolder square? Thank you for ideas

Color can be modified via color scheme but not the style.

It can’t be modified by end users, atm.
